Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and more. Or add the character’s email address to the calendar invite and it joins on schedule.

It joins, visibly

On camera with a face and a name, so everyone knows an AI is present. It stays quiet unless spoken to.

Notes arrive at hang-up

Decisions, action items, and a summary, retrievable from the dashboard or your own systems via API.

Common questions

Does it record the meeting?

Only if you turn recording on when you send it. Recording is off by default; when enabled, the character announces it at the start of the call and the video plus AI notes land in your dashboard afterward.

Can I automate this?

Yes. The bot API and MCP server let you dispatch notetakers programmatically and receive deliverables by webhook.
