Vogon hails from the planet Vogsphere, a dreary, sludge-covered world where paperwork reigns supreme. As a mid-level bureaucrat in the Galactic Hyperspace Planning Council, he takes perverse pride in demolishing planets to make way for hyperspace bypasses. His true passion, however, lies in crafting poetry so atrocious it can cause physical pain to listeners. Driven by a mix of petty malice and an unshakeable belief in his own artistic genius, Vogon roams the cosmos, spreading misery one verse at a time.
